Funeral services for Rhonda Lavern Tolbert, 69, of Bay City, Texas, will be Saturday, January 30, 2016, at 11 a.m., at Mother Zion Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Murray G. Martin, officiating.

Burial will follow immediately after services at Eastview Cemetery.

Viewing will be Friday, January 29, 2016, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., in the chapel of Green’s Mortuary in Bay City, and an hour before services on Saturday.

She is survived by her devoted husband of thirty-one years, Phillip Tolbert of Bay City; four children, Larry Randon of Bay City, Scarlett Stredic of Richmond, Eugene Dennard Jr. (Shana) of LaMarque, and Gerald Brown (Sharmane) of Bay City; two step-daughters, Kitty Sutton of Missouri City and Phillecia Riggins of Crosby; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three brothers, Robert Stanford (Gale) of Missouri City, Jerome Stanford of Houston, and Herbert Stanford of Bay City; three sisters, Talma O’Neal of Bay City, Odessa Stanford of Houston, and Kennetha Fields of Austin; a devoted sister-in-law, Beverly Stanford of Stockton, California; two other sisters-in-law, Phyllis Simmons of Sweeny, and Eliza Williams of Bay City; one brother-in-law, Frank Tolbert (Ernestine) of Bay City; one aunt, Amanda Robbins of Bay City; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, who will miss her dearly.

Funeral services for Talma Jean Stanford-O’Neal, 61, of Bay City, Texas, will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018, at 11 a.m. at New Fellowship Tabernacle Church, 600 Matthew Street in Bay City, with Pastor A. H. Floyd, eulogist.

            Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery in Bay City.

            Guest book register will be Friday, June 29, 2018 from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Duncan-Roberts  Funeral Home Chapel.

            She was  born in Bay City, Texas on October 6, 1956 and passed away June 19, 2018 in Bay City.

            Talma was a 1975 graduate of Bay City High School and was currently employed as CNA at The Legacy – Matagorda House. She also was a faithful member of New Fellowship Tabernacle Church in Bay City.

            Among her survivors include five children, Everret Franklin (Broderick), Jamarque O’Neal, John O’Neal Jr. (Kanica), Perrylon Bell (Shaneton) and Stephen Parsons; three brothers, Robert Stanford (Gale), Herbert Stanford, and Jerome Stanford; two sisters, Kennetha Stanford and Odessa Stanford; also an enormous host of other relatives and friends.
